Because our pieces are limited-run artifacts, we currently only facilitate returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How do I provide "Proof of defect"?
To ensure a transparent resolution, we require a clear unboxing video (mandatory) along with photos of the damaged product and its original packaging. If your package looks compromised upon arrival, please ensure you mention it in the courier’s delivery remarks.

If the courier marks your order as lost, a full refund will be issued. For delayed deliveries where no attempt is made within 15 days (Express) or 20 days (Standard), you have the autonomy to choose between a full refund or a replacement.
