Refund policy

Currently we are able to provide exchange/returns only for damaged, misprinted or defective items. Once approved, returns/refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days and the refunded amount (as applicable) will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

 

Required proof:

A clear unboxing video (mandatory)

Photos of the damaged/defective product

Images of the original packaging

 

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. To initiate the process, please contact us at care@glitchito.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery. Note that the requests raised after 5 days may incur additional charges and may not qualify for exchange/refund.

 

If the order is lost in transit, and officially marked as such by the courier service provider, a full refund will be issued.

 

In case of delayed delivery, a full refund or replacement will be issued and you may choose either. An order qualifies for delayed delivery under following circumstances:

Express delivery - No delivery attempt is made within 15 days

Standard delivery - No delivery attempt is made within 20 days

 

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please mention it in courier's delivery remarks. This helps us raise a claim with the courier service provider.
